Bound in ribbon tie color illustrated wraps including a glassine cover--and, IN THE ORIGINAL BOX. Pages with decorative borders. One of those sentimental gift books so popular in the early 1900's full of uplifting poems and essays from various sources. Originally copyrighted by Reilly & Britton this volume published by a St. Louis firm (Interesting). This particular book remarkable for its condition. No real sign of wear or use. The enclosing box (Marked 'Friendship'--Friendship Series--Novelty Vellum) has two edge cracks. Every once in a rare while I run across one of this type of book in this near perfect condition.
