First separately published edition, as contents had previously been printed in "The New Music Review." Cloth covers show light rubbing, mostly at spine ends and corners, and a little along joints of covers at spine. Gilt lettering remains good. Small inked price on rear paste down. Light deterioration of paper at edges of last blank page and rear end page. Volume remains tight and is otherwise clean and intact.
