Markham." 239 pages, "This edition of my Doctoral Dissertation is being privately published in a limited edition. Five hundred copies have been printed, of which one hundred have been cloth bound and four hundred paper bound. This is copy number 307." Book has reading creases on the spine, the binding is tight and clean and the contents are fine; Signed by Author .
