New York: Henry Holt and Company, 1947. Book. Fair. Soft cover. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. Fair/None. Cream and brown stapled paper wraps with cream colored text on upper. Scuffing to top and corners of cover. There is a water stain along the fore-edge. The title page has a v-shaped chip in the upper center. On the Introduction page there is a 2 and a half inch tear on the top right. The book shows illustrations of the home where Franklin Delano Roosevelt was born and raised. It also contains illustrations of St. James Episcopal Church which is also in Hyde Park and his grave on the grounds..
