Philadelphia: John C. Winston Co., 1906. Book. VG-. Hardcover. Later Printing. 8vo - over 7¾ - 9¾" tall. Hardback bound red cloth-covered boards with gilt decorations and the Shield of France on the cover, gilt title and decoration on the spine. Book has faint wear at corners and wear at top of spine. The spine is sunned. Interior is clean and tight, though the rear hinge is cracked but holding. Black and white frontis with tissue guard in place. Other black and white plates with tissue guards in place. Silk ribbon maker is present but is shortened. A look at historic France. Volume II only. 401 pages including the Index..
