New York: Doubleday, 1991. Hardcover. Small 4to. Red cloth spine and red paper over boards, pictorial dust jacket. xxi, 359pp. Illustrations. Near fine/near fine. Tight, handsome first edition of this "Celebration of Our First Quarter Century" (to quote the jacket's front panel), nicely inscribed by the editor in black ballpoint on the title page: "For Butch, / within, you'll find the future results / of the work of your Foxfire teachers. Enjoy! / Wig / 4/13/91." on the facing leaf is a nonauthorial gift inscription from one school official of some sort (who may have been involed in the Foxfire project) to another. Unusual.
