Front blank pages with penciled price, a binder's stamp, and the inked stamp of the three authors as the Board of State Assessors. Green cloth binding with gilt lettering and decorative blank pattern, rubbed and edgeworn. Book is filled with charts and tables of the entire state for this year. 264 pages.
