About This Item
Faber and Faber, 1969. 1st Edition. Hardcover. VG+/VG-. 1st Edition, 1st Impression. 12.3 x 20.5 cm red boards with gilt stamped titles to the spine. 78 [2]pp with original unclipped dust jacket priced at 22s 1.10 net. An excellent copy with a little shelfwear and some rubbing to the corners. Internally the book is clean and bright and without name inscription or bookplate. There is evidence that something has been removed from the front free endpaper and the remains of a small thin label on the front flap but no other stamps etc. The dust jacket has a little marking from old tape, which has now been removed, from the verso. It has a little light toning to the back panel and has just a little chipping from the corners and joint tips. There are 5 closed tears of between 0.5 and 2cm with associated creasing but it presents pretty well in its clear removable cover (not shown). Rainford & Parris Books welcomes enquiries, so please do not hesitate to ask if you require further images or have any questions. All books are packaged with great care.
