College library plate on the front paste-down and blind stamp at the upper corner of the title page, pp 13, 99, 299, and 799. Blue ink reference numbers by the spine and at the foot of page 1. No other library marks. Decorative olive cloth boards. The front board has a gilt illustration of an American Indian in head-dress, at its centre; the gilt spine titles and decorations are rubbed and faded. The papers accompanying this report: The Osage Tribe: two versions of the child-naming rite by Francis la Flesche; Wawenock myth texts from Maine by Frank G Speck; Native tribes and dialects of Connecticut: a Mohegan-Pequot diary by Frank G Speck; Picuris children's stories with texts and songs by J P Harrington and Helen H Roberts; and Iroquoian Cosmology, Second Part, with introduction and notes by J N B Hewitt. .
