London: Hutchinson & Co.. VG. (1923). 1st Edition. Hardcover. First edition with no date on the title page and no printing statement on the verso. With a 40 page inserted publisher's catalog at the rear . Bound in red cloth with black lettering and an embossed border on th e front cover. 12mo (7 3/4" X 5") size. 286 pages plus the 40 page cat alog. A Very Good copy. The cloth covers are clean and bright. There a re small rub marks to the spine tips. There is a bump to the upper cor ners and to the first 55 pages. The outer edges of the page block are dust spotted. Penciled gift inscription dated 1923 on the front fly le af. Dust spotting to the preliminary pages. A few of the inserted cata log page are still uncut at the bottoms. .
