Scattered marginalia, both inked and penciled. There are a few passages highlighted in yellow. About a dozen photographs and postcards are laid in throughout the volume and seem loosely associated with particular regions covered in the book. . First Edition. Cloth - Hard Cover. Good/No Jacket.
