Signed by author, limited to 100 copies, 5 pages verso between stapled paper covers with previously unpublished Wanamaker photo, presented as a three page fold out, of attendees at Wanamaker ceremony; 34 identified. Very nicely done. Ceremony on Staten Island on Feb. 22, 1913, marking the site of a proposed monument to the American Indian, attended by President Taft and many important Native Americans (the monument was never built). Very Good condition. Some foxing to back cover. c. 1985
