Dark green cloth is blind-ruled, with gilt title to the front cover and to the spine. Quite clean and bright for a nearly 100 year old volume, just a hint of rubbing at the extremities. Interior has pencil erasures on first blank, otherwise clean and nice, quite good condition. Sir Ernest Harry Lever was a well-known figure in the world of international finance and took an active role in German debt settlement after WWI. ; 8vo 8" - 9" tall; 106 pages .
