First edition, third issue of The Foes of Our Own Household by Theodore Roosevelt, in the scarce dust jacket.. Octavo, xii, [13]-347, [4]. Reddish brown cloth, title in black on spine. Includes the larger publisher's devise on title page and title in black on spine, which is attributed to the third issue. Free of any marks or notations, a near fine copy. In the publisher's dust jacket, $1.50 on spine, chipping to top edge, reinforced with archival tape on verso, a very good example. (Cole & Vail, A46b).
