About This Item

London: Jonathan Cape, 1980. First British edition and first printing. Hardcover. A stunningly beautiful book with color photographs of flowers that are so vibrant that they look like you should be able to smell them while you look at the page. Includes color images of Poppies, Tulips, Roses, Lilies, Peonies, Orchids, and Begonias. A tight near fine copy in cloth boards with a bookplate to the front pastedown that is obscured by the dust jacket flap and in a very good price clipped dust jacket with a tear to the top of the rear panel and another tear to the top front corner. A solid copy of this terrific book.
