Speer of the Donnelly Bakery Shop, Hollywood, Cal., which has been crookedly crossed out and replace in manuscript by 2 later owners. Box filled with recipes used for a bakery business, including those for breads, cakes, cookies, fried cakes, and icing; various forumlae, merchandising, and advertising cards to give ideas on how to sell more to customers. Also includes baking data, common faults, temperatures, and just about everything one needs to know in order to run a bakery, including production and operation records.
