On the first page, the title page, a name and date is written " Dorothy Clem/August 1996/". 70 pages with two staples at the middle that are apparent on page 33, the staples are a bit rusted on the outside and inside. Interior of work is clean, except as already mentioned, and binding is tight. A very light "ghost of a sticker" is present at the bottom outside of the back cover. A number of black and white photographs are found throughout the work with descriptive information. All in all, a quite nice copy for those who want to know more about the history of a Pinellas County, Florida landmark.
