About This Item
Chicago: A.C. Mcclurg & Co., 1904. Limited ed. Hardcover Hardcover. Good +. Chicago: A.C. Mcclurg & Co., 1904. Limited ed. Good +. This is the Large-print edition and states it is one of 250 but is not enumerated, bound in 1/4 vellum and light gray paper covered boards with a embossed giit decoration on the front board similar to a fleur de lis, and a gilt top edge . Covers soiled and rubbed with bumped corners, spine quite faded. Binding is somewhat loose and there is some staining or foxing on many pages. The illustration, of which I count 64 including the frontispiece, are reproductions of photographs primarily from the atelier of the Brothers Alinari, Forence and seem to be in good condition.
