Gutters cracked and leaves, though firmly bound with each other, are coming away a little. Still well attched. Very light browning to endpapers. All pp. very clean and tight. Includes photocopy of original map (no longer extant) attached at rear, and an introductory chapter on the soils of Cumberland.. 1st. Hard. Good Plus/No Jacket. 8vo.
