London: Sinclair-Stevenson, 1996. First Edition. Hardback. Good +/very good. First impression. 4to (288 x 216mm). 480 pages illustrated with colour photographs throughout. Green cloth boards stamped in white on the spine. A clean, unmarked and tightly bound copy in an unclipped dust jacket. Symbol stamped on the front free endpaper and two of the colour photographs have been neatly excised (barbarism!)
