Aprox. 3 inch flat clean tear in upper right corner of DJ partially hidden by clear cover.. Book itself is in very good condition. No bumping to corners of boards, Cloth clean and bright. Some very pale yellow/tan small round stains (7) on front end paper. Photos available upon request.
