About This Item
London: Herbert Jenkins, 1962. Creasing and some small tears to edges of unclipped dustwrapper, also rubbing at spine edges and a small hole an inch from the bottom of same. Some bumping to spine ends and corners of blue boards and an old rusty mark to top edge of same. Remains of paper label on f/ep and a school library ink stamp (Lakenham Girls School) on rev of title page and on page 87. A tear to page 33 but with no loss to text, otherwise a not too bad copy of this slim hard-cover book, part of the publisher's "How to Catch Them" series, this one looking at Flatfish. Originally published in 1957, this is a second impression from 1962. 95pp, 13 b&w drawings /diagrams.. Hard Cover. Good/Fair. 16mo - over 5¾" - 6¾" tall.
