Classic account of life in Cuba after the Revolution. Born in Florida, but of Cuban ancestry, Yglesias spent three months living in the small town of Mayari in 1967, and recounts in this book his discussions with the people there, and his observations of life in Cuba, both positive and critical. 307 pp. Map endpapers.
