Facsimilies of 27 first night programs and indulgence slips in separate gilt box. Issue of The Heritage Club Sandglass (Number 1: 24) also included. 465 pp. Green cloth with red linen spine. Gilt slipcase and box (holding programs). Slipcase has shelfwear and rubbing to edges, bumped/creased corners, marks to box. Book spine is darkened, some small marks on cover faces. Interior is tight and clean. Book in VG+ condition.. Hardcover. Very Good+/Slipcase. Illus. by Illustrated. Size: Approx. 8 1/2 " x 11 3/4". Music.
