Gilt slipcase and box (holding programs). Slipcase has shelfwear and rubbing to edges, bumped/creased corners, marks to box. Book spine is darkened, some small marks on cover faces. Interior is tight and clean. Book in VG+ condition.. Hardcover. Very Good+/Slipcase. Illus. by Illustrated. Size: Approx. 8 1/2 " x 11 3/4". Music.
