Second edition revised and much enlarged by Roger Boutell. Philadelphia / London: Lippincott Company, 1937. Glossy black cloth covered boards. Very good condition. The dust jacket is darkened and worn; with corner clips, edge wear, chips missing from the edges, a few soiled spots. This copy is inscribed on the front free endpaper: Henry Teichert / c1937 / Sather Gate Book Co. / Berkeley. Mr. Teichert was a distinguished Sacramento Businessman. At the time of the inscription he was attending the University of California at Berkeley.
