Book Condition: Very Good -; moisture spots on the top of front wrap; in splash on rear wrap; light soiling to wraps. No DJ. Printed card stock wraps. Wraps are not bent or folded; spine is secure in saddle staples; text is secure in binding. Clean internals. 77 pp 8vo. This is a standard pamphlet issued to all post offices for reference. It contains a list of first-class post offices with branches and named stations arranged alphabetically by States. It has been prepared for particular use of parcel-post window clerks in accepting parcel post under readjusted size and weigh limits as modified by The Act of October 24 1951. A clean very presentable copy.
