In addition to the Do-In Guide, there are four full-page laminated picture guides to anatomy (Chart One, basic human muscles and bones; Chart Two, circulatory and nervous systems, Chart Three, Internal organ systems, Chart Four, muscles, attachments, and skeletal structures). In addition, there is a folding Reflexology Chart: The Ingham Reflex Method of Compression Massage, a few pages of cartoons, and some other pages of body parts. All is housed in a green spiral notebook with some fading along the edges. 4to.
