[San Rafael, California]: The Dominican College of San Rafael. Very Good with no dust jacket. [1928]. Hardcover. Light green paper boards, black cloth spine, each member of the Class of '28 is presented with two-pages - with a tipped-on b&w photo at left and a personal description at right, contents include poetry, prose, art, etc. No advertising; List of Patrons at rear. Title page error denotes date as MCMXVIII (1918). Printed on laid paper bearing the watermarks Alexandra and Made in USA; untrimmed along top and right edges. A desirable copy, with 22 of the 26 members of the Class of '28 having signed the page with their photo, many additional signatures collected at rear.; 6-1/4" x 8"; 163 pp; The school was named for St. Dominic de Guzman and traces its roots back to 1850. It moved to San Rafael in 1889 from Benecia and is today the Dominican College of California. Originally only for women, it became co-educational in 1971. See the Our Campus History page on their school website for more. ; Small faintly waterstained area at top of front cover, bumped corners, binding slightly cocked, a few pages with small closed tears or opened a bit roughly, a few pages with tiny spots of foxing, prior owner was Dorothy M. Cochella; her name is inked in two places at front. .

Items which fit in one of the Medium Flat Rate Boxes can ship for the standard expedited charge, regardless of weight.
