Uniformly bound in three-quarter burgundy crushed morocco marbled boards, with matching marbled endpapers. Bound with original cloth covers and spine at rear. [i]xiv, [2], 165 [1] pages. 8 unnumbered leaves of plates. Half-title reads: "Christmas." Monochrome wood-engraved illustrated title page; wood-engraved frontispiece, with protective interleaf. Printer's imprint on p.[166]. Publisher's device on half-title verso. The green cloth original binding at end comports with the 1st ed. binding - Green cloth case edition binding; panel stamp in gold on upper cover incorporating title and author; spine with title, author, publisher and ornament in gold.
