Chapters include Administration of the treasury, legislation, legal-tender notes, loans, taxation and debt, the national banking system, imports, accounting, and more. Bolles was a lecturer at Boston University in Political Economy and the Editor of "The Banker's Magazine". It is an important study of the financial nature of America since the revolution. Quite scarce in any condition.
