New York: Frederick A. Stokes Company, 1919. First Edition. Hardcover. Good/Good. 5 1/8 X 7 1/2 Inches. 371 PP. First edition in original blue cloth with orange title work to cover and spine. Original price of $2.00 intact on front flap. Signed and inscribed by Rickenbacker on half title verso. First book from Rickenbacker, the leading ACE Pilot of WWI and Medal of Honor winner. Rickenbacker went on to be an owner and longtime head of Eastern Airlines. DJ chipped and worn at edges and folds, with large chips at spine. Circular (glass) stain to front cover.
