London: Paul Hamlyn, 1967. Signed by Cap. Ridgeway, unverified. Dust jacket has lightly bumped edges and corners. Spine ends are bumped and dented. Hard cover is blue with gold lettering on spine. Spine ends and corners are bumped and dented. Fore edge is tanned and dirty with a few spots and stains. The top edge looks foxed. Inside is lightly tanned.
