London: Archibald Constable & Co. Ltd, 1905. Hardcover. Very Good. Definitive edition. 8vo., xx, 363pp. 2 Portraits and 2 folding maps in rear pocket. Burgundy cloth with gilt titles to the spine and gilt rules to spine ends and upper and lower edges of the front board. The corners bumped, cloth a little rubbed at the edges, light offsetting to the endpapers and the previous owner's name in ink to the front endpaper. Top edge gilt, contents clean throughout and the folding maps in very good condition.
