London: George Routledge, 1884. 1st Edition Thus. Hardcover. Very Good +. Limited edition - 250 for England, 150 for US - this #322. Five volumes complete. Large 8vo, half-leather, gilt to spine. Hinges worn a tad, internals near fine. Handsomely typeset and printed by William Clowes and Sons of London. Set owned by Brooklyn bibliophile Oscar Aurelius Morgner, whose world-class printing library was famously auctioned by Anderson Galleries, Mitchell Kennerley, president, in New York City in 1931. With his bookplate on the front pastedown in each voume.
