Herbert Jenkins, 1959. First edition, first printing. 8vo. First issue red boards with black titles to spine (not the later issue blue/black boards with similar dustwrapper but priced at 7/6net). Pictorial dustwrapper. A very good+ copy with clean boards. A sprinkle of spotting to prelims/edges. No inscriptions. The very good dustwrapper is complete with some edgewear and nicking to extremities. Original price of 12/6net on front flap. A very good copy of the true First Issue. McIlvaine A82b (1). A series of short stories including Jeeves & Wooster, Bingo Little, the Oldest Member, Freddie Wigeon & Mr Mulliner.
