Japan: Society of Fermentation Technoloy, 1972. 890pp. Index. Previous owners name and date on FEP; neat and unobtrusive. Inner pages are clean (unmarked) but age-toned. Rear hinge is cracked and webbing is showing but still secure/attached. Inner text block is pulling away from boards due to thickness but pages are still secure. Boards have denting to head/heel of spienrubbing to extremities. Unclipped DJ is sunned/yellowed, moderately finger soiled with chipping/tears to head of spine, 1" piece missing form lower right corner, other corners frayed. We have added a removablye mylar covering to the dust jacket for protection. Reading copy. . First Thus. Oversized Hardcover. Fair/Fair. 4to - over 9¾" - 12" tall. Mylared.
