"More commonly known as the Federalist Papers, this text includes 85 essays, most of which were originally published in New York newspapers under the pseudonym "Publius." This "New Edition" identifies the authors of the individual papers, and the "numbers written by Mr. Madison corrected by himself." It is called the "most famous and influential American political work" Showing general wear, crazing to spine, corners rubbed, some expected minor page toning and foxing, front hinge tender.
