New Rochelle: Arlington House, 1972. First Edition . Hardcover. Very Good+/Good+. 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. Book is crisp and tight with a little faint spotting on bottom page ends. No interior markings. Minor edgewear and one instance of dogeared page. Dust jacket has chipping with loss and tearing on back top. Creasing and edgewear with rubbing. Intact with bright red and FDR's famous profile with cigarette holder in black on front.
