Boston: Roberts Brothers , 1886 8vo. 9 1/2" x 7 3/8". Blue beveled boards elaborately stamped in gilt with stamped silver metal insert as if framed in center of front board of St. Botolph Church in Lincolnshire. St. Botolph edition. Very nicely printed on heavy quality slick paper with many engravings. 59 pages. Page edges bright gilt. A few scattered fox spots to text. The metal insert is very nice and highly unusal however the binding has seen better days: well worn at edges and spine edges - some wrinkling on back and spotting. Flyleaf missing. Frontispiece has a short tear. Text is in very good or better condition but the binding is in fair to poor condition..
