Doubleday. Very Good in Fair dust jacket. 1965. First Edition; First Printing. Hardcover. ; This is a rare stated First Edition. Black cloth cover has lightly crushed spine caps but clean and near pristine. Boards and spine are straight. Binding is tight. Faint damp stain to the front end sheet and paste down and very in the lower gutter of just a handful of pages (quite unobtrusive) and former owner's address on front end sheet otherwise pages are clean and very good. Dust jacket is toned, damp stained, and tattered and torn. Publisher's price of $4.95 on DJ flap. ; 200 pages .
