Nance's account of his voyage to the polar region on the ship Fram from 1893 until 1896 and his fifteen months' sleigh journey to the pole with Lieutenant Johansen. With one hundred and twenty full-page and text illustrations. Cov slightly spotted, endpapers soiled as usual.
