This book is signed by the author, Peter Matthiessen on the title-page. There is a stamp on the half title-page. From the collection of Cuthbert Christian Thambimuttu (1945-2019) of Columbus, Ohio - known to many of his bookseller, author, and illustrator friends as "Tubby."
