New York: McGraw-Hill, 1965. First Edition. Hardcover. Fine/near fine. Square small octavo, 146pp., illustrated. A crisp, clean copy, about fine, in near fine price-clipped dust jacket, a trifle rubbed. This copy is SIGNED by Lyndon Baines Johnson on the front free endpaper. The book is additionally inscribed "to Myrtle Smith with best wishes" and dated June 21, 1969. However these three lines seem to be written in a slightly different pen than Johnson's signature, so we presume that a secretary penned the inscription, then Johnson signed his name.
