New York: Simon & Schuster, 1981 248 pages. There is very little wear to the exterior. An address label is attached to the interior of the front cover. The fore-edge is faintly foxed. There are small spots on the endpapers and three of the pages of the text. The jacket is heavily rubbed. The spine is faded. The edges are nicked and worn. The interior of the jacket is age-toned by the flaps and spine.
