Each volume is nicely illustrated in color by Fritz Kredel; illustrated end papers in color.Condition:The volumes are in overall terrific condition. "Fairy Tales" has 2 tiny stain spots at the top-right corner of the front cover. "Longer Stories" has a tiny stain spot on the front cover. The cloth has faded on the spines just a bit. The outer margin of page 14 in "Longer Stories has a light stain...no other issues were found within the books - the pages appear unread. The slip case has some light shelf wear at the bottom panel, and a notable tear and 1" separation at the top-left corner at the opening.
