Hardcover, two volumes, 10" x 13", Vol. I: VII, 612 pages, A-Z; Vol. II: 144 pages of engraved plates and 44 pages of key to plates, all covers have been bumped at the corners and are worn; the spines were re-inforced sometime ago as were the sunned magenta covers - the archival tape has been matched in color. The text is very good+ or better, the covers good.
