Publisher's blue/green cloth with silver spine lettering, octavo, pp. xiii, 198 + [4]. Illustrated with several photographs and two maps. On page xii of the Preface of this unique copy, among people the author thanks, special mention is made to Jxxxxx Hxxxxx for opening "her home to me whenever I was in Atlanta . . . . " The author has made a short inscription to that friend on the half title page "with love and gratitude" and has made a star in the margin beside her name in the Preface.
