Original illustrated card wrappers; pp. 153, [3], highly illustrated throughout, bilingual; new. Very rare first edition of this archaeological and pictorial documentation of the importance of the island just outside Kuwait City. The name of the island seems to be derived from the Greek word fylakio, outpost.
