B. T. Batsford Ltd., 1952. Hardcover. Acceptable. 1952. First Edition. 136 pages. No dust jacket. Red cloth with gilt lettering to spine. Contains black and white photographic plates. Loss to page 133. Book has a slight smoky odour. Pages are lightly tanned with moderate foxing to endpapers and text block edges. Moderate cracking to hinges, with exposed netting. Binding is slightly loose. Occasional thumb-marking present throughout, with a few small nicks and rub marks along text block edge. Boards have moderate shelf-wear with mild bumping to corners and rubbing to surfaces. Light tanning to spine and edges, with visible crushing to spine ends. Book has a subtle forward lean and bow.
