London 1746 2nd (1st 1744) R. Francklin. Hardcover. Small octavo, 173pp., frontispiece present and 16 full page engravings (on versos only, collated complete), full leather with mounted red leather spine label. Gilt trim on leather. Engravings by Grignion, Ravenet and Mosley, all after Hayman. Contemporary owner signature on top margin of title page (Annabella Hedley. ) Good, cover rubbed and worn, spine ends worn down; occasional light spotting, small chip at lower corner of one leaf (without loss), one leaf has professionally repaired closed tear. Front outer hinge cracking and inner hinges tender but boards still quite securely attached. .
